Construction: Once a building permit is issued and a contract is signed, construction will begin. All work will be carried out professionally, following the plans and specifications outlined in the contract.

No, Sotoli Constructions has a reliable network of professional sub-trades, including plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, and tilers. We manage all aspects of your project to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience.
Most building contracts include provisions for prime cost items and provisional sums:
- Prime Cost Item: This is an estimated allowance in the contract for the supply of necessary items that have not yet been selected, such as door handles and taps.
- Provisional Sum: This is an estimated allowance in the contract for the cost of foreseeable necessary work, including the supply of materials that are not fully described or detailed at the contract’s commencement, such as excavation and electrical work.
